Safe way to cheat on diet
We all get cravings for junk food. No one can deny that. I'm not encouraging this behavior but this is the least worst way of dealing with cravings.
I'm talking about Chewing-Spitting (enjoying chewing food then spitting it out). It is classified as a disorder online by some but I find that if it doesn't get out of control, it is okay.
Some people still get negative health symptoms by just having the food stay in the mouth during the chewing process because some of the food still gets absorbed in the blood through the mouth, tongue, below tongue area. This is especially true if you have food allergies and just by merely touching the food with your skin/mouth may create hives, rashes, swelling in some people. so be careful!
