What I eat daily

I cut out all fruit and carbohydrates after researching "ketogenic diet". My sugar/carb cravings went away after 2 weeks of strict zero-carbohydrate diet.
Meat includes: grass-fed beef, grass-fed lamb, wild-caught non-farmed fish
Lightly boiled meat: meat pieces put into boiling water for 5 - 10 seconds only. I do this for safety in case there is bad bacteria on the surface of raw meat. 99% of the meat is raw.
Breakfast:
Lightly boiled meat + cooked organic vegetables
Lunch:
Lightly boiled meat + cooked organic vegetables
Afternoon Snack:
Lightly boiled meat + cooked organic vegetables
Dinner:
Lightly boiled meat + cooked organic vegetables
Herbs, spices, lemon / lime juice, organic extra virgin olive oil etc. may be added for different flavors
Always eat attentively to prevent over-eating and bloating, but eat until you are full and satisfied.
