Natural External anti-itch remedies
I have been experimenting with external applications of various anti-itching remedies in the past few years and wanted to share my experiences.
Charcoal and Clay can be bought on iHerb.com with very cheap wholesale prices
I realized that itching was caused by toxins trapped under the skin wanting to be expelled. Once the toxins are drawn out by methods discussed below, most itching ceased.
However, in some cases, when lots of toxins are being detoxed out from the body, the methods below (due to its localized application) cannot stop itching all over the body. This is when coffee enemas will provide significant relief in a matter of minutes once the coffee enters the colon and the liver starts dumping toxic bile into the small intestines. I suggest to eat a piece of fibrous organic fruit and/or drink half a cup of water mixed with 4-6 Activated Charcoal capsules to help absorb the toxic bile dumped (prevent re-absorption of toxic bile) into the small intestines.

TCM Cupping

Using modern safer plastic cupping methods. Cupping for 5-30 minutes on any itchy area relieves itching instantly.
Cons: black, purple or red bruise may appear on cupped area after cupping that may take 1-2 days or up to a week to disappear completely. Toxic bubbling liquid / juice / blood may leak out of cupped skin area. Be ready with a towel or tissue to catch/absorb the juice when cup is removed.
Activated Charcoal
Mix into thick paste with a couple drops of water, then apply to skin. May re-apply water with fingers after it dries. Wash off with unchlorinated water after a couple hours.
