clean drinking water
Since 2016, I have started using 3 steps for filtering my water:
1) home use water distiller
2) Berkey brand water filter to remove remaining fluoride
3) adding 1 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt or Real Himalayan salt to 1 water jar/container to add minerals back
All city water is polluted from going through miles and miles of metal water pipelines.
Google search for "mercola toxic tap water"
Professor Paul Connett: Your Toxic Tap Water - Youtube Video
"Fluoride mercola" Google search. Mercola.com is the #1 most visited natural health website in the world, and fortunately has got most of the health and nutrition stuff right.
Try to find natural spring waters stored in glass containers. These are the best.
Distilled water is stripped of all natural minerals and is not a "natural" product. Spring waters contain natural minerals.
Careful not to buy mineral waters such as Bonaqua which have man-made minerals added to it to lower the cost of manufacturing. These man-made minerals are harmful.
I buy natural spring water from http://www.naturalsprings.hk/ (Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore company)
They come in big hard plastic containers - I know, I said glass was the best, but they didn't have glass containers so I had to make a compromise. This natural spring water is still tons better than my filtered tap water.
I have a Hexagon Water Filtration system, but I doubt it can do much to improve the quality of tap water that is so poor.
