I'm grateful for:
- Being in the internet age and having access to this kind of health information. If I was born 50 years earlier, I would probably be suffering to the end of my years. I cannot imagine a life with that degree of physical/mental pain. I've honestly had quite enough of it these couple of years. I am deeply respectful towards people who manage to live a life to their fullest ability despite all kinds of mental/physical torment. Although I would like to consider myself a very brave person, I am not, and I am so grateful I have managed to finally achieve optimal health in a couple of years. I have finally reached the light at the end of the tunnel (= end of a difficult period)!
- Having so many loved ones, friends, family around supporting me through the toughest times when I thought there was no hope.
- Finally able to live my life to the fullest again! Not feeling trapped in my apartment, getting paranoid about the billions and trillions of bacteria in the world! Not feeling trapped in this sick, sad body anymore! Not hating my body anymore, I love it so much now!
- The ability to move my body, limbs, neck, face, mouth, arms, legs without any pain. I can open my window now with my fingertips, and can even pry open the annoying latch of the mosquito net (worse design ever!)
- The ability to do the type of exercises that I want - High Intensity Workouts, e.g. sprinting on the spot, pushups, mountain climbers, lifting weights....
- Having the motivation to research for a cure to my chronic illnesses. I know so many relatives, friends that simply believe their Western medical doctor when they say that their disease is "incurable", and continue taking their steroid, antibiotic, blood pressure, insulin prescriptions. I have been told this lie my entire life, and there has been times when I have thought that the doctors were right and I was wrong. However, today the truth is clear and I am a living testimony. Your health is in your own hands! You can take control of it and live a life of optimal health or give the doctor huge amounts of money and continue being plagued by illnesses! I'm sorry for being so harsh. This is not really the patients' fault. The blame should be put on the whole modern medical community, specifically the big pharmaceutical companies, for setting up a system where doctors are their best salesman - giving pill after pill to every patient they see. It certainly seems to be a Win-Win situation for the doctors and the pharmaceutical companies, but how about the patients? They are being manipulated, lied to, and worst of all, killed unnecessarily early by all these modern aged medical techniques (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation). Big pharma is earning their profits on blood money! How many unnecessary deaths have been caused by modern medicine? when nutrition and lifestyle changes can provide a safe, total cure, not to mention CHEAP and EFFECTIVE! Here's an excellent article (click here) from Dr. Mercola, one of the most popular natural health websites about deaths and injuries caused by modern medicine.
