You may be wondering what on earth that title means. Well, in short, I had a little setback with my health and learned a couple of very valuable lessons. Life did feel like I had a superman suit on before this setback happened (or more like I was actually superman). In many ways, the setback made me realize just how good life felt in superman-mode. Fortunately, I'm not worrying too much about my situation because I have such powerful tools of healing now, but that doesn't take away the mental, physical discomforts.
What was the setback?
Symptoms included:
After this experience, I will probably never buy another pair of unbranded glasses, or any unbranded products ever again. The risk is not worth it.
My situation now:
April 6, 2012
Steadily improving physically, mentally. Smooth skin gradually replacing rough, scaly skin on neck, forehead, and face. Realizing that it is still an amazing miracle despite this small setback - 95% eczema gone in a couple months. I bet no Western doctor would believe such a story, especially without using any antibiotics and steroids.
April 1, 2012
Update: Around 50% energy coming back, could do a few sets of High Intensity exercises this morning, a couple pull ups, push-ups during the day. Mood and ability to concentrate still fluctuating.
March 30, 2012
Physically: Face and neck rashes/pimples are healing quick with additional coffee enemas and external application of uropathy. Neck movement is not painful anymore. Still very low energy levels and even light exercise is exhausting.
Mentally: not much improvement, or slight. At least physical pain bothering me is gone. Compared to my superman days, feeling more like a brain-dead zombie.
What was the setback?
Symptoms included:
- Rash flare up on face and around neck. Pimples appeared on cheeks, eyebrows, scalp. Painful cracks opened up around eyebrows. Accidental eyebrow raises or face twitches caused jolts of pain. Patches of weeping rashes appeared behind neck. Any vertical, sideways neck movement was painful as it stretched the wounds on the rashes. Itchy red rashes appearing behind knees.
- Low, low, low, almost nonexistent energy levels that forced me to stop exercising. Attempts to exercise ended up in very early exhaustion and a strong desire to crawl back into bed.
- Mental energy, mood, health were also negatively affected. Lost ability to feel happy without reason. Unease, irritation, restlessness, very difficult to concentrate.
- Most likely trigger was chemical sensitivity/allergy to a cheap pair of eyeglass bought from Taobao.com (equivalent of eBay in China). I only wore it for a day when I noticed rashes appearing on face and neck.
- My body reached a tipping point on a 100% raw paleo diet and uropathy and decided to suddenly release a mass of stored toxins. My detoxifying organs (liver, kidney) failed to process all the toxins and they were forced out through my skin in the form of weeping rashes.
- Went on a coffee enema spree - taking 2-3 sessions of coffee enemas daily. Each session had a total of 4 cups of coffee, split into two enemas of 2 cups each, retained in the body for 15 minutes. Concentration is 12 tablespoons of ground organic coffee with 6 measuring cups of water (Note: this may be too strong for most people at first, it is suggested to start with lower concentrations)
- Drastically reduced my internal uropathy dosage to bare minimums to slow down the detox (1 drop in morning, 1 drop in afternoon, maybe at night)
- Ate more organic grass-fed raw fatty bone marrow to absorb toxins
- 1-2 hours of sunbathing daily when possible
- Don't buy cheap products
After this experience, I will probably never buy another pair of unbranded glasses, or any unbranded products ever again. The risk is not worth it.
- Importance of striking a balance with detoxing
- Understand why some (or ALOT of) people are couch potatoes and seem to never want to exercise (most noticeably those people living with me at home)
